Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using technology and familiar with CRM systems
