Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for streaming service inquiries
Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming and accounts
Guide customers in navigating their accounts and the platform’s features

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve more complex issues
Stay updated on the latest content and trends within the streaming industry
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
