Deliver outstanding customer support in Finnish for travel inquiries and bookings
Assist customers with itinerary changes and provide solutions to any travel issues
Educate clients about travel policies, offers, and services provided by the agency
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience
Stay informed on travel trends and agency products to assist clients better
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
Familiarity with booking systems and travel platforms is a plus
