Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding support.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs.
Offer tailored solutions and services that align with client preferences.
Capture and document client interactions and feedback to aid continuous service improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Keep abreast of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
Experience in client relations or customer service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience with CRM software and client management systems.
