Be the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent support.
Develop and nurture solid relationships with clients to fully understand their specific needs.
Provide tailored service solutions and recommendations that meet client requirements.
Record client interactions and feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in client relations or customer support is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build rapport.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive in problem-solving with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction.
Experience with CRM systems and managing client information.
A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently as needed.
