Oversee the implementation process for software solutions, ensuring that client requirements are fully addressed.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize software configurations accordingly.
Conduct training sessions to empower clients to utilize the software effectively.
Document the implementation process thoroughly and maintain clear records of all client interactions.
Work with the product development team to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements.
Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated experience in software implementation or technical support roles.
Strong understanding of software systems and technical concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Detail-oriented and possessing exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
