Design and recommend tailored solutions that meet client expectations and enhance effectiveness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product implementation and adoption
Provide ongoing support and expert insights to clients for optimal product usage
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to offer informed client recommendations
Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
Document client feedback and insights to inform continuous service improvement
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in product consulting, customer advisory, or a related client-facing role is beneficial
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for understanding and explaining complex product concepts
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented with a desire for growth
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM tools and product management systems is advantageous
A genuine interest in staying abreast of new trends in product solutions and technology
