Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat support.

Offer information about airline services, policies, and promotional offers.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain detailed reports.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets.
Stay updated on airline industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the travel or airline industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is an advantage.
