Provide exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking VIP clients through phone, email, and chat
Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations
Manage complex inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Document all interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay informed about product offerings, trends, and services to provide knowledgeable assistance
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, with outstanding communication skills in both languages
Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly with VIP or high-profile clients
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach
Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients
Able to work independently while also being an enthusiastic team player
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset
Willingness to adapt to client needs and work flexible hours as required
