Engage with Dutch-speaking enterprise clients to assess their needs and business objectives
Provide expert advice and customized solutions to meet client requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the successful delivery of services
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes
Stay informed on industry trends to better inform clients and offer relevant insights
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and improve client experience
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Proven experience in client consulting or account management, ideally with enterprise clients
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Experience in understanding complex client needs and delivering tailored solutions
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-up practices
Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
